Our concrete crews replace driveways, walks and patios on properly prepared bases and pour stamped, colored and decorative concrete for patios, pool decks and entries. Our landscape and hardscape division designs and builds paver and flagstone patios, fire pits and outdoor kitchens, retaining and seat walls, planting and sod, irrigation and lighting. On larger Pinery lots, projects often include long driveways, terracing and extensive planting; in newer neighborhoods, it is often a first real backyard.
Parker sits on Douglas County clay that swells and shrinks with moisture, which is why so many original driveways and patios crack and settle. We excavate to suit the soil, compact the base in lifts, use proper jointing, and slope surfaces so water moves away from the house. The same discipline goes into walls: drain rock, drain pipe and reinforcement where height calls for it.
